Terms of Service
Last updated: April 2026
1. Agreement
By accessing the RepliSec website (replisec.com) you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
2. What these terms cover
These terms govern your use of the replisec.com website and the alpha-access sign-up form on it.
The RepliSec software is a separate matter. It is open-source software distributed under the MIT License — your use of the software is governed by the MIT License terms included with the source, not by this document. If you later enter into a separate managed-service or commercial agreement with us, that agreement will govern those interactions.
3. Important disclaimer — AI-generated content
RepliSec generates draft answers using artificial intelligence. These drafts are suggestions, not professional security, legal, or compliance advice.
- All AI-generated answers must be reviewed and approved by a qualified professional before submission.
- You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and appropriateness of any answers you submit to third parties, whether drafted by AI or written manually.
- RepliSec does not guarantee the correctness of any AI-generated content. The confidence scores provided (green, amber, red) are indicative only and do not constitute a warranty of accuracy.
- RepliSec is not a substitute for professional security consulting, legal advice, or compliance auditing.
4. Your data
- Website: If you submit the alpha-access form, we handle your details as described in our Privacy Policy.
- Self-hosted software: When you deploy the RepliSec software on your own infrastructure, you are the data controller for any data you process through it. The software does not phone home. We have no access to your documents, knowledge base, or questionnaire responses.
5. Intellectual property
The RepliSec source code is distributed under the MIT License, which grants you broad rights to use, modify, and redistribute the software subject to the License terms. The MIT License is included with the source code.
The RepliSec name, wordmark, and logo are trademarks of The Impact CTO Limited. The MIT License does not grant trademark rights.
The content of this website — copy, design, and images — is owned by The Impact CTO Limited and is not licensed under MIT.
6. Acceptable use of this website
You agree not to:
- Use this website for any unlawful purpose
- Submit false information to the alpha-access form
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of this website or its infrastructure
- Scrape, harvest, or otherwise systematically extract data from this website without permission
7. Website availability
We aim to keep this website available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The website may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Irish and EU law:
- This website and the information on it are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- The RepliSec software is provided under the MIT License, which includes its own "AS IS" warranty disclaimer and limitation of liability — those terms govern the software.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or the software, including but not limited to: incorrect questionnaire responses, missed deadlines, lost business opportunities, or failed tender submissions.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be noted with a revised "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
10. Governing law
