1. Agreement

By accessing the RepliSec website (replisec.com) you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. What these terms cover

These terms govern your use of the replisec.com website and the Early Access sign-up form on it.

The RepliSec software is a separate matter. It is source-available software distributed under the Functional Source License, Version 1.1, with Apache 2.0 Future License (FSL-1.1-ALv2). Your use of the software is governed by the FSL terms included with the source, not by this document. If you later enter into a separate managed-service or commercial agreement with us, that agreement will govern those interactions.

3. Important disclaimer: AI-generated content

RepliSec generates draft answers using artificial intelligence. These drafts are suggestions, not professional security, legal, or compliance advice.

Each release converts to the Apache 2.0 licence two years after publication. The full licence text is included with the source code.

The RepliSec name, wordmark and logo are trade marks of The Impact CTO Limited. The FSL does not grant any trademark rights. You may not use the RepliSec name or logo to market a modified or derived version of the software without written permission.
